I also don't want to give up entirely and am interested in your opinion. I think from all the research done here, we can assume that Rock Creek has ceased to be. But I think part of George Miller's job as trustee is to determine the value of the Intellectual Property. Then, of course, the first 20 mil or so of any value paid (hypothetically) would go to pay the creditors. However, if I understand correctly, we won't find out suddenly one day that the case is closed. I THINK there would be steps in there before that, listed on the status section of the trustee's site, where any bidding process would take place. It may not help us at all, but I think almost everyone here would agree that anatabine citrate IP does have some value. And there are parties like Archer that would almost certainly submit a bid. In fact, were I Johnny Williams, I would also put in some type of stink bid at the very least. (not sure if you're a new poster or someone I have emailed back and forth before).
