Remember way back when I mentioned that Christopher "negotiated" to put down money on Framepool (to buy them) but it was deemed some sort of intercompany loan?

And then no payments toward the acquisition of Framepool for all of 2017 ??

I asked him why that was or how those terms came to be and his response was something like "that's the deal we made".

At the time, I just thought "hey, he has connections with Framepool and they needed some money - Chris gave it to them and they negotiated ZERO payments in 2017"

No harm, no foul

Until Chris "mentions" that Framepool filed for Insolvency (literally in just a few lines) and doesn't expect shareholders to question it?

Framepool was our PRIMARY FOCUS and the reason many of us continued to hold and ADD to our long positions - but - with the stroke of a pen "Framepool Insolvency" was tossed out there without a care in the world.

Then the wacky news out of Africa?

That high volume day was full of fresh faces that didn't know what we all knew. I'm just happy I got to sell to many of them at .0005 and .0004

It's a shame Chris couldn't just issue a simple Tweet or statement or expound on the REASONS why he bought Framepool if he knew they were in debt. Why would you toss down that much money if you knew it'd be decimated in an insolvency filing?

I knew months ago when I read that Chris was removed from the Board of Directors and other positions, that he was bowing out of Framepool altogether.

Now we all know that is the case.

And guess what? He still wont state the reason.

Again, why were the acquisition payments NOT REQUIRED for 2017 ?

My thoughts remain static.

Chris figured Framepool would be exiting BK in 2018 as a much leaner company with a clean balance sheet.

Guess not

If Broadside owns 86.6% of Framepool, then doesn't this mean that Broadside is going to bear the brunt of the load during this time period? Or is there some clause that protects BRSE from liability? Framepool is a subsidiary of BRSE, so that "division" just goes away - but what happens when they emerge?

Don't any of you have these questions?

If so, why aren't you inquiring instead of focusing on this very weird African venture which still shows no clear way of monetization?

BRSE went from my most highly regarded holding, into the trash heap over the course of days.

Chris, you haven't shown us SHIT !!

When you do, perhaps I'll support the underlying equity.

Until then, my money is better utilized elsewhere.

The lesson you learned from this?

Be straight with share holders and answer their questions when they ask them, instead of speaking in riddles and sarcasm
