Yeah, I don't really get why. But my take away from my last communication with them made it seem it's just a WHEN, not an IF.

After the few months of "quiet," I was thinking it was beginning to be an IF to see if this company was going to move on with their plan. I am a lot more confident now, and the increasing level of communication makes me think things will be happening soon.
