Not an investor but in the Cloud/Compute/Storage trade for over 20 years.
I bought in back in February because I could not believe that a Telco Company would be listed in the penny stock arena.
I did some research, still don't understand stocks stuff even with a Masters in business and 20 years in IT, and saw some positive items less the Reverse Split and heavy debt.

Perhaps one of the moderators can help with the links etc but.

Monroe, Sure he spent over 300K to buy some stock, Was it him or part of his CEO package not sure but irrelevant. (CFO bought same amount on same day)

Debt consolidation, Makes sense. Selling off non revenue generating departments/divisions. Smart move.

They solidified a 3 year contract (almost 3 years ago, I believe upwards of 45 million) which in July or August of this year will exponentially increase their revenue.

Consistently generate contracts with Fortune 500 companies including (AWS Amazon Web Services AKA CLOUD) etc.

Now, Virtualization and Hyper Visor technology is not as new as some might think. Think of Apple Cloud Storage, Gmail Cloud Storage, etc. etc. etc.

My inspiration for purchasing 70k shares were not emotional bur rather hopeful.

The company has over 400 employees multi millions in revenue and are near zero debt.

At a couple cents????

This next part will sound crazy to you investor types and day traders.

I bought an additional 470 shares today because I only had $27.63 left in my USAA trading account.

It cost me 9 Bucks for the trade. That's a 1/3 of what I bought.

Crazy right...

Nope. Look at private companies like Simple Helix, Cisco (UCS Platform) VMware (Hyper V 6.5) Dell Stacked solutions 730 series.

I am in for the long haul.

ICLD will and is remain competitive at $6.00 a share R/S or not

I like some of the posts here some fun some not but all in all at least a forum for open dialogue.
