Dan cannot mention any deals with anyone as that would be insider trading! He cannot say one way or the other as that would be saying yes we've had offers but we rejected them because they were too low! ? He can't come out and say that? That would be the end of Dan O . Running ADXS. If we get a hostile takeover going then yes he can tell everyone that some entity is trying to take us over and we need a immediate vote ! That's totally different than partnership offers or buyout offers! Hostile takeovers are public knowledge once the hostile party makes an offer? Then the real deal is on!
