Here's a 25 day chart showing the 2000 highs at close to that leve. The 2015 extreme up and down pattern on the OBV is very interesting. A significant break of over $9.30 shows weakening resistance.
As of last report, institiutions owned over 89%. Do you have any idea what institutional ownership was at the peak in 2013 and 2015? Just curious.
To be able to get into this stock at 2002-2003 prices is just incredible.
