Absolutely correct. But... this may be a sign that the death spirals may not believe they will get their money back through market sales. Or the death spirals may believe that the proxy will fail and there will be no shares available as TAUG reaches the authorized limits. Or perhaps Group 10 pulled out the big rubber band and showed what a nice fit it would make around Sethie's balls.

You can be sure of one thing. Group 10 didn't do this because they thought TAUG's consultant was a nice guy.
