Regarding the RS, as Shotsky has mentioned tirelessly, it will happen to address their existing share obligations (employees etc.). The only way I see to avoid that is if the company were to buy back shares which I don't think is going to happen, although I sure hope it does. That being said, I do expect they will try to do the RS when the SP is higher but it will not be with the primary purpose of trying to use the RS to relist.
New investors here who use these boards as a primary source of info regarding their investment are doing so at a great risk and will eventually get burned by it. I learned that lesson the hard way when I first started. You need to weed through all of the posts and try to determine who has an agenda (most do) and who are really trying to post honest and intelligent info. The latter will almost always be in the minority. Thanks to those of you here who do that (there definitely are some here from what I can tell but I leave it up to you to figure out who feel you can trust). Anyway, that's my two cents.
