5 million shares at $7 or 6 million at $6 seems to be the two possibilities. I'm afraid that to make sure everything gets sold, they'll go with $6, but $7 matches up a little better with their announcement. Good buying opportunity for those with available funds. Price will obviously drop to the offering price and possibly a little lower, but then should climb nicely as Adzenys continues and Cotempla hits the market.
