I love this statement on their website.

AmeriCann, Inc. is a national leader of sustainable cultivation and processing infrastructure for the medical marijuana industry.

What cultivation and processing infrastructure have they developed? Is it generating real revenue? Borrowing from Peter to pay Paul is not a sustainable business model. They need to actually "open" a cultivation and processing facility. Revenues comes from finished product. Maybe they should look into warehouses like the companies that are actually producing finished product....
