So over 6.2B ASKE outstanding, about 3B reserved for Zoyes & Sonny Boyd.

And the AS increased back to a 15B -

Although a decrease was announced via PR and that announcement was heavily promoted,

Fact is the decrease was NEVER filed with the SOS, nor was the subsequent increase back to 15B shares.

That's explains a lot - it was merely another ASKE attempt to sell shares of the diluted mess.
