Like I said, a patent has nothing to do with contracts getting signed. A patent is not a certification or approval, it's only to prevent other companies from copying it. Patent or no patent, Ecrypt One was designed to meet all government requirements and that is the only thing that matters. Contracts are already being signed, Ecrypt One is already in use, and even if the patent was denied it would not affect anything.
