Doesn't look like large buying to me, small trades and really this does not make much since from a regular investor point of view. Must be some kind of promotion going on. I've seen higher volume than this that barely moved the needle on arth, would be nice to know whats really going on. I doubt everyone just decided to buy arth today based on no new developments.
