Those t-trades are the covering trades for sales made from a block position during the day. While it normally is dilution...since BVTK is not current it is highly unlikely it is newly issued stock...but rather a large holder who wanted to sell and needed it to be done in pieces throughout the day to avoid negatively affecting the pps by a single large "sell" trade.
