Is the reason they downsized into 400 square feet because big and new things are imminent?
Or is it more likely that they are trying to stretch the remaining cash for as long as possible to pay Fred and Mardee for as long as possible, until shutting down? Better Fred get his for as long as possible, than to pay extra to a landlord or keep up the appearance of a robust operation?
