Our "budlife" Joe has favored setting up his shells in DE, FL, NV over the years..Joe even has his "Plantation Lifecares Corp" and thought maybe Jimmy might have shortened the name in PR..

After reviewing Sos CA,FL,Nv ..I put on my JOE thinking cap, and undertanding he as an experienced shell fella, I thought I'd just for DD sake check sos wyoming, since they are now argueably presenting the most "friendly" penny stock/corp shell reporting requirements and low fees...

BAM...Joe shows up and establishes another shell on 4/27..under "Henderson's Investors Group"...for some reason , Joe returned in May and changed name to "Plantation Corp"...:)
