Foreclosure will not happen. What will happen is what is spelled out in the Joint Operating agreement which allows CEPSA to take ERHCs intetest in the block for non payment of amounts due. Please provide proof that the process spelled out in the JOA is not in process right now. It has been over 14 months since Tarach has been drilled with no movement or decisions by any party. That tells me legal proceedings are underway. Feel free to interpret this lengthy period of inaction any way you please. I know what it means.

ERHC has no unencumbered assets to swap. And Starcrest is not going give away something for nothing. It does not take 6 months to an asset swap. It takes about 6 days. The 6 months is a delay tactic to keep the salaries flowing a little longer before the end comes.
