I cannot understand why a jury is need to agree the amount of compensation due to JNSH.
Yes you need a jury to decide guilt but that was the last trial.
A jury cannot make the financial damages calculations , they would just sit through so called experts and then stick a pin in a set of numbers. They provide no value add.
Judge should be making this clear anyway as the companies have formally stopped any other talks to settle
