did I read it right that they offer a "record" functionality as well?

If so that will be a big winner for the hotel type market so guests can catch their favorite shows but not have to watch live something typical hotel systems do not offer.

It also brings the cut the cord people closer to the old cable experience - I hardly watch anything live any more either recorded on my Tivo or at least delayed up to 30 minutes as I walk the dogs etc
