I called OTC here is what they said word for word. "Amlh headed up by the CEO Mr. Christian Bishop completed everything that we needed to remove the yield which will take and always takes 30-45 days for review per sec rules. We are now governed by new rules and regulations handed down from FINRA and the SEC. We need to comply with the rules." "According to your question amlh is compliant." Thank you.

I sent that claim to otc issuer services for clarification.
