There are conflict of interest laws for a reason.... remember we never got an explanation of why it was 8 to 1 !!! As PMEA seems to be the highest potential at this point maybe it should have been maybe 6 to 1 or Maybe 5 to 1???? This has all been blind to shareholders up to this point.....!!!
