Now that I know that somebody will be mining the Duluth Complex for Cobalt, what happens to PLM stock shareholder's common stock if Rio, Glencore, X or whomever assume 100% of the operation?

I know we have an answer guy/gal out there?

Now Jrsh's proven theory rings in my head. The big shooters want our share price to be that of Waterfrozen's coined phrase, "The price of a package of Skittles," before they have to pay off shareholders
