Cool, thanks for the perspective. If they truly advertised at MSG that is pretty cool (and a great indicator). 1B isn't awful per say, especially if it allows them to do (or already have done) the things you mentioned.

At half a cent per your calculations, that would mean a cap of $5M. MANY otc stocks are above that, plenty of which are scam central.
