You have to remember what OTTV receives for the dilution. Money to operate, advertise at Madison Square Garden, and to finish adding premium channels which will allow for the joint venture aided subscriptions to kick in for the rest of this year. 1 billion outstanding shares at a penny per share is a $10 million market cap. The question you have to ask yourself is if this company is worth $10 million or more. My opinion is yes.
