Actually , as a reporting company all she is required to do , is report the OS every q and any increases if there actually are any , would be explained in the report.

She's not required to answer emails although she does answer answer a surprising number of them..

The Ta is not required to give out info to everyone who inquires either as that is time and time is money..I wouldn't want my staff tied up with this activity and many if not all charge the client for this service.

I'm sure this will be clear for many but of course not all
