They never put the Merge Out for OORV Acquistion on OTCMarkets. The 42 page document is there, though. I just went to the link, and it works. You can download it from there.

In the 42-page document, which is their most recent filing with the NVSOS, they included a Certificate of Correction:

And this is the very brief advice given them by Chris Dieterich, the lawyer they contacted for help. Evidently they didn't actually hire him to do anything. I wonder if they misunderstood what he suggested they do:
