OTC has put the Caveat Emptor, Skull and Crossbones on SNDY, meaning they have done something, that is basically causing them to be delisted. You will still be able to trade SNDY on Etrade, but many brokers will no longer let you buy the stock. I would expect this development will cause a sell off on Monday, if you can sell.
