Great post & good information Fox! I can see High Times fitting into the Momentous model. In time Momentous may offer digital magazine subscriptions to it's user base. I can also see how High Times could tie in with SPC* PixelMags & BlackFox.IO as High Times moves away from print into digital media format. A Solaris-Momentous merge into one company bringing Poolworks & Migme together would create a huge user base & High Times digital subscriptions could be offered through the platform as well as OTT streaming. Then when Momentous adds Social Media Acquisition #2 they have planned and then brings Pocket Games on board to expand gaming we would be looking at one Huge Huge social media network company with continuous revenue streams from several different sectors and all under the Vert umbrella. I would say that Adam Levin definitely knows what he's doing and that High Times comes at the Right Times for Momentous' share holders! It's going to be interesting to say the least to see how all this unfolds and can't wait to see what happens next!!!
