walgreens is not merging with rite aid
it is acquiring it as a sub.
Victoria merger sub inc.
rite aid shares wont exist after the cash buyout
there wont be any shares of the subsidiary that walgreens will own
walgreens will operate rite aid as a sub under that name. VMSI
