Bento,

All of the nonsense and this endless rollercoaster we have endured, was caused by a an abysmal man named Martin Copus (I utilize a limited four letter vocabulary each and every time I mention the name). This twit acquired five (5) companies simultaneously without the the 7th grade skillset necessary to consider the vast monthly CASH BURN associated with the transactions. Shortly after finalizing all of the deals and merging all 5 companies into Neom, he ingeniously realized his actions would destroy the company imminently, and the company acted quickly to reverse the transactions (at a loss). YA forced the termination of nearly all employees, including Martin and Chas.

Stay with me. I am preparing to make a point smile

Fast forward approximately a year and Copus was now CEO of another barcode related company. He was being interviewed (I believe by Bena Roberts) and she mentioned the catastrophic turn of events for Neom. I found his reply incredulous, but not so much for his look back as much as for what I felt was a foreshadow. He stated (this may be nearly a quote), 'It was a good plan, and it could work again.'

Bento, IMO this man carried no reason to talk to the future. He was now CEO of a separate entity. He could have (should have) written it off to an unfortunate set of circumstance. Yet here he was speaking to the future. His words have remained at the forefront of my mind all these years. I felt he knew something.

While I've pondered this all these years I have also remained fully aware these could have been nothing more than the ramblings of an insecure man who felt a need to defend his prior actions. HOWEVER, information I uncovered has led me to believe more than ever that his words were indeed a foreshadow.

I suggest a watchful eye in the coming weeks and months. Q3 or Q4. Let us pray I am right.

All of the above, strictly my personal views.

Best,
Be Confident
