Additionally regarding the chill. I use a few different platforms and have NEOM shares in each. One I chose because I was able to buy shares easily, the other I was unable to purchase shares "Contract can only be closed", I believe this was removed for me personally over 2 years ago. More recently for sales "order being held and monitored" changed to sales going through although @ .0001. I have not bought shares since Q3 2014. Just my personal experience if any one was wondering.
