The new name ties into the OTC description a lot better.

I notice he's board secretary of CITIC Offshore Helicopter. I wonder if they're tied into the acquisitions at all. Perhaps a subsidiary connection under both companies?

If Mr. Huang is going to be our new CEO then I think this company is heading in a very bright direction.
