I doubt it will be a 1 for 1 ratio... No matter the ratio, we will have the same percentage carryover to the new entity...

It would be better to do a much higher ratio and have a lower OS/higher share price, but not too low of an OS to where the stock is not liquid... It will make it easier to uplist, if the new company truly is as good as Snakes.

They will also need to issue shares to purchase the new entity, after we get our stock. This will dilute our percentage holdings (with restricted shares), but its the GOOD type of dilution (value adding)... It is needed for us to achieve the growth and interest generating events that push the valuation higher

They might also need to do a fund raise for the new entity. Companies go public to raise $$$ from the markets, which is used to fulfill a business plan.... Roger is smart to do this all under a new ticker, rather than risk the position AMFE is in... and he has proven to be good at managing debt/resources, so i dont fear getting pounded with toxic dilution... AMFE might even have enough $$$ to fund the new ticker in the future.

Regardless, our percentage holdings in the new entity are going to be the same no matter the ratio, so it makes no sense starting off with an OS that matches AMFE.. I say get the OS low and see how fast we can get it to the big boards... but not so low that the spread is insane and no one trades it.
