Happened to me too. I got the letter from the US Dept of Justice dated 6/16/17 re: Meissenn, Lieberman and Delgado, who pled guilty to tax evasion and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, fraudulently induced investors to purchase stocks issued by shell companies under the control of Lieberman and other co-conspirators. These 3 stooges ran a securities fraud "pump and dump scheme" (quoted from the letter from the Justice Victim Notification System). I'm filing my claim. Maybe some restitution, may be not. :/
