I know some would like to see a 1:1 as the amount of shares we'd get in the new entity. Being a pro-rata dividend, our percentage owned of the new company would be the same as our percentage owned in Amfil - so a 1:1 would mean an equal amount of outstanding shares. Would starting off with less outstanding share be an advantage or would it not really matter?
