That's not the whole story...what Solar Son posted is correct...you have to put it all together...and when you do see the whole picture...it's very clear...the most obvious pump and dump scam on the OTC.
Ignore The Noise! Do Your Own DD Usually Intro Sections Are Full Of DD Stickies as many post as possible. Outside websites such as OTCShortReport, OTCMarkets for DD.
