Its all about the valuation. OS X price per share = valuation ... along with the multiple a stock is trading at, relative to its growth rate/potential.
The only issue with the share count is that it will take longer to get Nasdaq... which is why i previously mentioned that if/when they can get to .80-$1, doing a very small RS could get us to the mutual funds, best analysts, large financial publications, etc. It would not effect anyones percentage holdings in any way, shape or form... This is the ONLY time an RS is considered a bullish event, but a company must first PROVE that they are cash flow positive and only using as RS as a price manipulation tool to uplist... and not going to redilute the holders, which is its most common use.
AMFE currently meets all the requirements for Nasdaq, except for the $4 share price.
HANS (eventually became MNST) was worth about $7,000,000 (on the OTC) and is now worth $30 Billion on the Nasdaq. There was a time when people thought is was an overvalued fad at 9 figures, before it climbed thousands of percent more... Its very rare, but life changing penny stocks do exist... and AMFE has all the ingredients.
