Checked out the Frankfurt Exchange in Europe to see if all this dumping was some 3rd party putting this symbol on that exchange and dumping illegal shares from Europe, like what was done a number of years ago to 500 penny stocks. That drove 300 penny stock companies out of business.

Nope. This not on that Exchange in Europe. These shares being dumped are legal and coming from the US. I think everyone knows who they are coming from.
