Doesn't seem unrealistic. I'm certainly not an average OTCer 'to the Moooooonn!' Going to $100 overnight BS. My model would have it at $38 in 10 years. Comparing to other industries and growth rates. Doesn't seem unfathomable.
More likely though while might be same end point it wouldn't be so linear i.e. Some years triple and some years only 5-10% or even flat / slightly down. But normalized over time it should look like that.
