that's why they did not take a vote on proposal 3 on June 23, if they did the proposal would have failed for lack of majority votes and it would have ended

so instead they do not take a vote and delay it to a future date in order to fined enough votes to make if over 50%

some companies just take the vote and do nothing ie let the proposal fail for lack of majority


here they hired a firm to ensure they find a way to get those remaining votes needed -

those remaining votes either don't care or they abstained


wish we had a their phone number and email addresses to sway them our way unfortunately the solicitor will be working hard for them
