I don't think it's wash trading. Someone is consistently setting the high bid around 30-50K shares, and the sellers always take the bait. I kind of assumed it was Maggiore, as you mentioned a few posts ago, but whoever it is has been accumulating a nice little stash at these low prices. The pattern has been so consistent, it must be the same person/people, and that pattern smells like someone with inside info.

I would have thought that eventually they would exhaust the supply of low price shares, but that doesn't seem to ever happen. Or there will be some announcement which will cause a sudden spike, or the same people who are doing it will hoover up all the available shares on offer at a given moment and push the price up.

I'm certainly very curious to see what happens as this seems to be a set up for a move up in the price. But I've been wrong before :)
