Lets recap....Here is what we know AEPP Brian Kistler owns a shell AEPP in which he has extreme debt and no product

Brian Kistler finds someone who needs a shell but cant afford a shell in Oncolix

So Brian sells majority shares to Oncolix for 315,000

Oncolix now has shares valued at 62 million x .06 current value

that's 3.7 million

Seems odd that shares totaling millions of dollars were so cheap right?

But Oncolix is not profitable so where did the 315,000 come from?

Brian uses the 315,000 to pay off AEPP debt and has his own shares he can sell off and profit from while Oncolix who doesn't have a viable product can sell shares doubling there investment

Until they reach a point of no return and Reverse Split the stock rinse and repeat and sell more shares

Seems right?

IMO

Everything I post, is In my own opinion, I don't care what you think about it, if you disagree, post it like I do. If you buy or sell stock based on what I say, your a lunatic and should not be trading. Have a great day!
