Lily Li's name first appeared in connection with RMHB in early September 2016 so she has had in effect 10 months to get her act together. She and her crew were supposedly going to get things humming without the need for introducing other big names (their bottling plant in China, their Catskills property and spring, their "infusion" of funds).

The 1 million preferred shares were acquired from Jerry for 3.5 cents and taking into consideration the conversion ratio (it was 1:40 then 1:1200 then 1:100) she would only have to convert and sell a fraction of them to get her investment back.

Gerry David did well with Celsius but he is now basically retired while Kevin Harrington is essentially a self-promoter who cut a generous deal for the hire of his name and by kidding a gullible Jerry (HE approached ME) that RMHB drinks can be sold by TV infomercials.
