Your numbers are a little off. A month ago they reported approx. 375M out. The noteholders sold 125M the last couple of weeks. You'l see the numbers in the next filing, bringing shares to 500M. Call the co. or transfer agent on Monday and they will tell u. Past mgt I know told me they are working going private.
