The co. is going private soon. They are going to do a deal valued at 25-50M, with 500M shares out deal will be for .05 to .10 a share. Looks to me on the lower end of .05. Probably better for them long term as they will be getting unlisted from NASDAQ, and rejection of reverse a couple weeks ago no leverage to borrow any more money.
