Investor Help (NO Ihub questions)

Hello, i signed up for a private placement in a company and it asked for exemptions. Not sure where i should check box beside. I'm just an average investor on tdbank with a few thousand. The exemption was:

-friends, family, business associates
-accredited investors
-minimum amount subscribers
-security debt

AND a few more but i forgot, i checked the minimum amount subscriber.
Is this correct or should i have checked something else? or am i even qualified for this private placement? Any help would be much appreciated.
