DCTH confident this time getting approval from FDA.
In 2013, FDA didn't approve because DCTH did not have the trials and some safety issues.

Now, FDA approved the design of a clinical trial for its Melphalan/HDS drug product under what is called a Special Protocol Assessment, and DCTH have been following the guidance already applied in many medical facilities throughout the world as it was mentioned in shareholders letter.

Money problem??? Do research. They are good for a while.
