Yawn.....and as any veteran penny player knows that a form 15 can be the precursor to a reverse merger.

That's why people follow form 15 filings and throw beer money at them.

I really don't care what kind of entity this morphs into, although I do know Hess didn't throw money at it just to let it to go dark.
