I had initially thought the breakup fee would move the needle for RAD, but their debt is so insurmountable. $325m is a drop in the bucket for a company buried in billions of dollars worth of debt. RAD is headed for bankruptcy within five years and management knows it. They don't just want to sell this company, they MUST sell it. It's better for them to get something out of it than to let it die.
