All that past stuff doesn't really matter...what does matter is the word pivotal which the fda is allowing pmcb to go forward with as long as certain terms and conditions are met. Consider pmcb as a shell company of austrianova....they needed an american presence to get CIB in front of fda...it's done...waggs job is done....now the oncologists take over from here...kaboom time coming....remember....all that past stuff no longer matters....fda matters.
